Idea Cellular - mobile to laptop net connection not working

Mobile to laptop net connection worked for first 3 days after taking Rs.98 plan. Now it sometimes works on mobile but not on laptop. error like connection failed/PPP protocol control was terminated appear. Your cust. care reps. could not solve this problem. On the same laptop BSNL net connection works.
