I'M THE PERSON WHO THIS PERSON SAYS THAT I CHEATED HIM.

I NEED TO SAY THAT THIS PERSON IS FRAUD THAT'S WHY I DID N'T PURCHASE FROM HIM. HE SAID TO ME THAT HE WILL ONLY COURIER THE PHONE AFTER GETTING THE PAYMENT. BEFORE MAKING THE PAYMENT I CANCELED THE ORDER.

BUT MY QUESTION IS WHY HE COURIER TO ME THE PRODUCT WITHOUT GETTING THE PAYMENT. THEN WHY SHOULD I GIVE HIM THE COURIER CHARGE AND WHY I SHOULD BE PUNISH? THE FAULT IS IN HIS SIDE.
