mischief in train reservation system

Dear Sir / Madam:

My wife's online reservation PNR no. is 825-859-4520. Today afternoon on sms ing 139 she got the reply sms status as "RAC 17". And when she did the sms later in evening it is showing status as "WL 2". This means there is great mischief going on in the automated reservation system also. There is extreme corruption at all levels in the railway reservation system, without which this incident is not possible.

This is a mockery of common citizens rights and causing avoidable stress and change of schedules to ensure ticket is made available on-board. A corrupt system has been set up by the Railways instead of much publicised corruption free working advertised in newspapers, wasting peoples monies and falsely highlighting achievements that were never true.

Kindly look into the matter urgently, and ensure that a confirmed seat is allotted to her.

Also advise us about the 'greivance authority" whom we should update about such misdeeds and nefarious activities of the railway staff.

Await positive action and acknowledgement.
