WHEN I ASKED FOR TICKET FOR MODINAGAR FROM MINTO BRIDGE RAILWAY STATION, DELHI, THE PERSON ON THAT WINDOW ASKED ME TO WAIT BECAUSE HE WILL FIRST GIVE THE TICKETS TO THREE MALES AND THEN ONE FEMALE. I TOLD HIM THAT THERE IS NO SUCH RULE. ALSO THERE ARE ONLY 4-5 MALES IN THE LINE AND NO OTHER FEMALE IS STANDING. BUT HE STARTED SCOLDING ME. SO, I LEFT THAT TICKET WINDOW AND MOVED TO OTHER WINDOW. BUT HE DID NOT STOP AND ASKED HIS COLLEAGUE ON THE OTHER WINDOW NOT TO GIVE TICKET TO ME. BUT, I THINK THE OTHER PERSON WAS SENSIBLE AND HE GAVE ME THE TICKETS. THIS INCIDENCE OCCURED ONE WEEK BACK. ON TOMORROW, SAME INCIDENCE HAPPENED BY THE SAME PERSON. I DON'T KNOW THE NAME OF THAT PERSON BUT I CAN RECOGNIZE HIM VERY EASILY. I WANT TO KNOW "IS THERE ANY RULE LIKE THIS?" MINTO BRIDGE RAILWAY STATION IS NOT A CROWDED RAILWAY STATION. MOST OF THE PEOPLE BOARDING FROM THIS STATION ARE DAILY PASSENGERS HAVING MONTHLY PASSES AND THERE ARE TWO TICKET WINDOWS IN WHICH USUALLY 4-5 PERSONS ARE IN LINE. I WAS REALLY SHOCKED BY THIS INCIDENCE BECAUSE THAT PERSON NOT ONLY REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME TICKETS BUT ALSO GUIDED HIS COLLEAGUE THE SAME THING. FEW DAYS BACK, THIS SAME PERSON DID NOT GIVE ME THE BALANCE AMOUNT OF THE TICKET. I WAS IN HURRY SO I DID NOT CARE FOR THE SMALL AMOUNT.
SIR, THIS PERSON SHOULD BE PUNISHED AS THE WAY HE TALKED TO ME WAS VERY FRIGHTENING AND NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Complainant's Goal: TO KNOW THE EXACT RULE OF TICKET DISTRIBUTION FOR FEMALES AND PUNISH EMPLOYEE
