Hi , i want to register a complaint against auto driver , he did the misbehave with me without any specific reason .

Actually , what happened i take the gramin sewa from mayur vihar 2 to laxmi nagar metro staion delhi .

it will be charge 10/- only . may passenger are seating over there . auto reached at metro station . everyone had given money go away . i was left only , so i given 50/- note to him , he said "madam khule dedo , i said bhaiya mere pas nahi hai app dekhlo apke pas ho gaye honge . then he start counting the 1 or 2 rupees coins and gave me 40/- in coins i denied to take that much coins . he start shouting on me and through the coins on my face abused me .
he also twist my wrist again shouting many people are standing over there but no one is came for help i said i call the police then he run away .
after that i call the call the 100 police , describe the situation but no one showing the interested to listen my problem , they pass the call to other one .

i also call on 1095 help line number : same situation happen i insist i want my complaint number they provide my compliant is 13711 and said you will get the sms also still nothing happen .

I would like to take a necessary action against him , He is Gramin Sewa No - DL 2 W 4895
Location is : Mayur vihar phase 2 to laxmi nagar metro staion east delhi .
