Luminous: Low Back up
I am really facing problem with Luminous inverter . Despite of several reminder to Santanu Das ( ********31) and Mr Prasanta ( ********42) no one bother to provide the service.
Complainant's Goal: Provide service for my inverter.
Complainant's Target: Luminous Power Technologies

I have purchased a luminous 1400 va sine wave ups 7 months before and now some humming noise is coming from all the cfl and fan and also from tubes when a service man came from luminous he is not interested to repair it and saying it is 7 months old it can happen if it can happen why luminous is giving 2 years warranty?????
