NIL - lost 3 new sims on 20/09/2018

I had taken new 3 free sim as an offer for my land line connection(plan 1199) from BSNL office HAL branch on 20/09/2018, 4:00pm.

At the same time heavy rain was coming, on the way to my home i have lost all 3 sims.

I feel it is lost on the way to my house in my bike and no one is using the same.

Kindly register the complaint so that with reference to this complaint i can block all 3 sim card from BSNL costumer care and avail new sim with same mobile number.

Kindly do the needful.
