I had visited Kundan Hyundai in Pune on 20th Jan 2014 in evening. I had almost finalized a MY13, I10 Magna with 1.2 Kappa Engine. I wanted to book the car after looking at my loan status from my employer. so i told the sales person (Sharat) that i shall book the car in 1-2 days. He very emotionally convinced me by saying that he would refund the booking amount even if I cancel my booking. I blindly fell for his words and paid the cheque of 25K as booking amount. Next day itself he called me in the morning and said that he has o deposit the cheque. when i said its not yet confirmed, he again convinced me by saying that refund shall not be an issue and deposited the cheque. Unfortunately my company didn't approve my loan so I had to cancel the booking. I informed him about the cancellation the very next day. I have even dropped a message about the same.After that there is no response from him for 1 week. now he says he will deduct Rs 5000 from my booking amount. He has not even given me the booking form or receipt of the money given to him till now.
