My mother is 63 yr old suffering from TB since Feb 2015. On 25-3-15 i pay full amount of Rs. 9400 for AFB susceptiblity Test which will tell whether my mom needsto take advance medivation as she is on 1st line medication. On 16-5-15 I am informed by the microbiology dept.that the order was given only on 18-4-15.Some Anisha Shetty cancelled my order on the 25th march and regenerated on 18th may. Now who is she to cancel such a critical test ordrr and why the patoent or the relative not informed.Why the delay of 25 days.Where I should have got the report in April I am being informed on May 16th that I will have to wait. Is it a joke. DONT they understand the criticality of the report or this is how they handle patients. It is the question of life. On top of this they are making me run pillar to post as nobody wants to take the responsibility. Such a laid back attitude of the billing staffs whoever I spoke to as if they are clearly giving me the signal its not our problem. I mean such a reputative Hospital but the staffs are bent on trashing the reputation and this is what we get for the trust we put.
