We purchased Kent RO Grand Plus on 28th Jan., 2016. Within first 3 months we faced a lot of problem with Kent RO. I registered my complaints wide request no. 160415-04343, 160411-002411, 160409-01837 and 160407-01636. Each time they ensured me that out executive will visit your home and will resolve the issue. Only first day their executive visited out home and informed that Motor has been burnt and it need to be changed. I will visit against tomorrow and will do it. But till the time after appx 2 week follow up, no body visited my home to resolve. Each time I register my complain, they assign me same person (Mr. Abhimanyu 9582597929) and he told me that I will visit today first half please be at home. I took first half off from my office only to get it resolved but he never visited. I wasted my 3 half days salary only in his wait. On saturday I called customer care and told them if they are not able to resolve then please let me know, I can go to consumer court. Their seniour told me that sir 100% today your problem will get resolved. But today is monday and I did not get any call, not body visited my home till the time.
