Last week I purchased a Kent Gold water purifier from a local dealer, initially it worked fine but after 3-4 days its frequency of filtering of water decreased it takes 3-4 hours to filter 1 liter, and gives very bad smell, i think instead of purifying the water it makes the water much more impure, even i have already cleaned UF membrane 4-5 times during this period, but problem persist, so you are requested to solve my problem as soon as possible.

During this period, once I got it serviced by own but problem persist, so you are requested to solve my problem as soon as possible.Please advise me if any part is to be replaced to get water purity ?
