Hi

I am NRI and bought a flat in AMAN 11. Jaypee is not responding to my mails and refusing to release INR 380,000 ( apporx) which is legally due to me. Account statement received from them are also shwoing amount due to me but still they are not refunding money to me.

Pl guide how to resolve this matter
