i made my booking through goibibo.com today for 2 tickets from delhi to kolkata go air flight for 11th june 6:15 am flight,after the payment was made through my hdfc credit card atleast half an hour to 45 mins later the online travel site executive called saying those seats are not available anymore so either you buy an expensive fare in the same flight now which is approximately 22000 each i.e 44000 for 2 tickets or we'll refund your money back the tikets originally booked by me were about 17000 for 2 tickets. And the other travel sites were also selling it for similar fare of approximately Rs.17000/ for 2 tickets.
these people are cheats and the customer has to suffer why????

Please note we have checked at our backend regarding your issue and found that the fare you had selected was sold out till the time the booking reached the airline system , and only business class fares were available to be booked which were coming up at a very high cost, hence the ticket could not be issued , kindly do accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused to you .
