Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that we have been provided city bus service between City Bus station and Alankar Tenament (TP-13, Chhani Jakatnaka, Vadodara). For last two months the bus service has become irregular particularly the bus of 7.15 a.m. For last two months one or another reason the bus trip is cancelled every two-three days. Earlier also the compaints were made to Director, VITCOS. The problem is not solved permanently.
I would like to mention that so many people, students (BBA, MBA, MSW, MCA, Engineering), women commute outside Vadodara for their business or service or education purpose. The trip reports more than 50 passengers in the first trip i.e. 7.15 am. The above mentioned bus trip is very convenient for the people who commute outside Vadodara because most of the trains are around 7.45 to 8.30 a.m. towards Ahmedabad and Surat. Since we don't have any Auto facility available at Alankar Tenament, we are fully dependent on VITCOS bus service. Therefore, cancellation of the bus trip affects so many people and creates many difficulties for the regular passengers/families with ladies and children. Sometimes we have to miss our trains/bus in the morning due to cancellation of the bus trip. It is understood in case of heavy rain or flood water. But it does not happen every two-three days. The trip has been cancelled so many times when there is no rain at all. The bus trip is cancelled either due to insufficient staff or unavailability of the bus which is not the valid reason.
Sometimes daily commuters wait for the bus in the morning on the way at Alankar Tenament, Ganesh Murtikar, Nava Yard, Pandya Bridge but after waiting for 20-25 minutes we realise that bus will not come due to cancellation of the bus.
Hence, I request you to kindly look into the matter positively and do the needful at your earliest convenience.
I am requesting sir that since some time Vitcos bus is coming from Vadodara city to Karodiya only, it is not coming to Karachiya. After returning to the driver, he replied that we have been refused from the office that we should not go to Karachiya, when we asked for an answer, the driver said. The road work is going on, if the road work is going on, all the vehicles should be stopped, but all the equipment is running, except for the bus, there is enough space for even a big bus to leave the road where the work is going on, school buses and All other vehicles are running.

This problem is everywhere in Vadodara. Why Vtcos is running this useless service in Vadodara. There is no proper management and bus is running as per the wish and will of the Driver. Drivers are super commandos of Vtcos bus serivice. Moreover increasing the fare in every 2 or 3 months. That means highest bus fare and poorest bus service. It is better they stop their service totally so that somebody will take over this who are capable to run the service properly.

I am regular user of VITCOS, since last long time, but I am observing last 3 or 4 months , route no. 10 Station to GIDC, (Vadodara),are irregular. after 6.00 pm They cancel some bus routes or they change bus routes without any information. I am leaving my office at prbably 06:45 pm and I have to wait more couple hours to catch bus even routes have decided to every 20 minutes. Some times they changed bus routes withoout any notice.
Thanks again to solve my previous complaint (malpracties of condcutors) and solve my complaint on urget matter.
