I am owing a iphone 6 64GB Space grey.
The screen is broken and i need to replace the display. I had contacted the Ample Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore where they directed me to the Gopalan Signature Tower iCare.
I am not happy with the service that i have been getting on calling up Ample. I had given my phone on 10-05-2016 and they diagnosed my phone and send me the quotation on 11-05-2016. I have got the quotation to fix the phone for which I asked them to fix it and paid the bill on 16-05-2016 and was informed within 5 days I would get back my phone. But today(24-05-2016) after calling repeatedly for more than 100 times the manager(Praveen, contact no. -9686685414) say that the apple repair centre has re-quoted extra which I need to pay so that they will repair it or they will give me the product as it is. But what initially was quoted is just screen break and I feel they have broke something and trying to charge me.
Sametime, i got a call from ample support asking to wait for another 4-5 days as the screen is still yet to be shipped.
Why are there so much of confusions and different response.
Very interesting part is the Manager (Praveen) from Bangalore Apple support care is saying he does not represent Apple customers and he don't answer any of our queries and we need to ask Apple care to ask how the quotation has changed. And he clearly mentioned that he does not care if i send mail to anyone.
I am going to sell all my Apple Products and also ask my friends and family to not use and i am going to upload and make noise on social media if i don't get my phone back fixed. From my end, i have made no mistake and i have been waiting for 10 days now. After, i contact the center i hear all the different things as mentioned above which is not acceptable.
This is my sincere request to get the phone fixed in the amount which I have paid and also train him that he works for Apple and need to answer any customer if they come with this queries.
TRAIN YOUR MANAGERS. MANAGERS NEED TO KNOW THE WAY TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS.
