IndiGo Airlines - Indigo is only for doing Business

Our Indigo flight number ___6E603 __/ Airline PNR. MHUC9R / Date : 19th January 2017, timing was 2.40 pm we reach at the airport at 1.40 pm and when we have reach the counter at 1.50 pm the indigo attendant is not allowed to check in,
Just think Indigo can change their Gate No. A3 to A7 at last moment and they wont allowed the customer before 50min to take off the flight.
Whereas before 45 minutes you luggage can go and before 25minutes we can do our check in,for which I have attached your message.
This is not the first time I am going by any flight but this is the first time I am going by Indigo as earlier I have travelled through either Spice Jet or Jet Airways.
After requesting so much also they doesn’t allow us to check in ,it was really an embarrassing movement as I first time I was taking my mom through airlines,
There are nearly 8 to 10 passenger of indigo for this flight,
After requesting only 1 option given to me is next day flight by paying extra 9550/- , it is really don’t make sense it seems Indigo is only for doing Business only and they don’t have any duty or responsibility for their customer
So I request you to first if all give a proper justification in writing i.e 1. reason of not allowing
Also I will make sure that I will advice all my friends or colleagues not to travel by indigo as they don’t have customer centricity.

HI Sir/Madam,
I supposed to board through Indigo PNR -F6RS4L-6E902 at 1810 from Patna To Bangalore .
I was not allowed to enter on Airport through Entry gate , due to VIP Culture , and forced me to go to the airport through the Exit gate, which took me 20 minutes extra more.

Therefore, I reached airport boarding counter at 5.30 PM , but i was not allowed to board even with just Hand Bag . They forced me to rebook the ticket and it took extra Rs. 6264 .

These are my concern:--
1. If VIP Movement is on Airport, it should be alternate route , that will help normal people to complete there Journey in peaceful.

2. Even if normal Entry gate is Blocked , at least Traveller should get the information in advance, so we can try to travel in advance to compensate the extra time.

3. At least on Airport Boarding point, for the current flight travellers, should get the fast entry to get the Boarding pass.

4. As I remember, previously for any movement or if travellers are late, normally we would gate the call from Airport Authority or from Indigo. This time I didn't get any call or notification, even though VIP movement was there, we didn't get any alternate way to reach fast on Boarding point.

5 . Indigo Attendant are arrogant, not ready to listen to my word . I reached at the Boarding point at 5.30 PM while my flight Timing was 6.10 PM , I was requesting just allow me with my hand bag , but they didn't allow me travel atleast with Hand Bag , while there was VIP movement , which took extra 20 minutes to reach me on Boarding point and i didn't get a sigle notification or call from Indigo for Flight update.

Due to the above-given point, I lost my RS.6264, for rebook. i lodged the same complaint at Airport Authority Of India, Patna Office on 31st January 2018 at 5.50 PM. I didn't get any information regarding this .

Kindly help me to return back my money as well as this should not repeat with other travellers.

I totally agree and support for the claim the aggrevied has demanded for.I have also undergone the same pressure and mental agony
