This is to report the online fraud by the website www.indiaflowergiftshop.com.
Despite taking the payment and confirming the order, the cake as promised was not delivered nor did they refund the payment.

More importantly, they have ruined a child’s birthday party.

The details are as follows:

I ordered a Barbie Doll cake from Indiaflowergifttshop.com on 17th of Jan at 5:07P p.m. and made a payment of Rs.3128. To be delivered on the 21st of jan. No sign of the cake on 21st Jan 2015. Spoke to them and they came up with a list of excuses for why the cake was not, could not be delivered. Then we agreed on 23rd Jan 2015. Guess what? at 10am ( when the cake should have been delivered) they wanted more money. So I said deliver and we will pay on delivery, They refused and offered a substitute cake. Daylight robbery !! Shocking.

I have repeatedly tried to post feedback on their website, which gets taken down immediately. I posted on facebook and the blocked all comments on their page., Other customers have tried the same and I noticed their complaints are taken off too.
