1. my ids RMPawadeshkd02060210,RMPmadhuri12********,RMPdubey11271109 and four more ids have been provided with correct name spelling ( to corroborate the same) pan card xerox and changed address details, but nothing moved and my tds is being deducted at 20%. Request endorse my correct name, correct address i.e. Bld No. 87/2608, pant nagar, ghatkopar, mumbai-40075 and my pan card no. APKPD2120B in my all ids.
2. kindly release my heldup payouts of id-RMPawadeshkd02060210 and other ids after making necessary correction in my name, pancard details and address as above.
3. request forward tds certificate for fy-2009-10 for filind itr and claiming refund of tds.
4. request provide feedback on ibid complaints/shortcomings.
