DELHI JAL BOARD - Incorrect Bill - Excess Charge Repeatedly

I had to get a Credit of 1746 in my bill .
The ZRO has also issued a letter for the same.
However, in my next bill, this amount was further added to, instead of subtracting from the due amount, and my bill was prepared with 1746*2 extra amount.
I have written to you but to no avail. I have received yet another bill (Bill no. 118762) and the mistake has not been corrected.
