I wrote a letter to you via CPGRAMS for issue of refund for A.Y
2006-07 (Registration No.CBODT/E/2012/04404) on 6 August 2012.

Accordingly I received a letter from you vide (F.No.ITO/Ward
45(3)/2012-13/90) dated 21 August 2012.

I don't know the date when the fire incidence happened in your office
which spoiled all the ITR details of mine in year 2006 because of
which I never got Refund of Rs.1194 .

I am submitting the following attachments as a Proof of Filing ITR in
year 2006..

1) Copy of Return Filed on 24 July 2006 (SARAL Form ).

2) Copy of Form No.16.

3) Copy of Letter Recvd. from you on 21 August 2012.

Kindly Arrange the refund ASAP.
