In the month of June 2015 after getting a call from IG Noukri, I got trapped by the assurance given by them to get the job in max 3 months through their paid recruitment service. Since then 7 months have passed and no progress has been made. Not a single interview they could arrange.

As said above it was a paid recruitment process I was asked to pay for their service. On 4th June 2015, the call started and step by step they kept on demanding money (charges + service tax) at every step. The money charged by them to complete the process, I believe depend on the experience and position to be applied for the job. I was made to spend a considerable amount of money for the same. I have all the details of transactions made online.

After losing all trust I went on to ask back for the refund in the month of November (week of 23 November). For this they agreed to refund my money back by 22 December.

I silently waited for the day but again for the last 3 days the same story of cheating by making excuses going on from their side and today 24 December after not getting the refund by 4.30 PM (as assured by them on mail and by phone), I am raising this complaint against IG Noukri.
