sir,
i have 2 hero honda bikes, one karizma( KA 25 EB 5779) and ZMR(KA 25 EG 5434). i have got both these bikes from 2 different dealers from my city. When i take my bikes to either of these dealers for a same problem, both of them recommend totally different solutions. Even i have few doubts regarding thier use of hero honda genuine parts.
I had given my zmr for 1st free service n the dealer charged me rs.400 for the engine oil whereas the other dealer charges rs 200. I want to know y there is cost difference with the same brand. Also the dealer (CHADHA HERO HONDA HUBLI) have handled my bike wrongly and my bike has got few scratches. They are not ready to consider it even though they agree it made by them.
i request the consider official to plz consider this complaint seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.
Btw ur brands new name HERO MOTOCORP is quite cool. i liked it. i hope hero motocorp comes up with new and advanced bikes.

Pleasure Scooter is an Hopeless Scooter, The very first day after taking the delivery it started giving me problems, 4:30 pm I got the dedlivery, filled up the petrol and come home, put the stand around 5pm, When I went to start the Hero honda pleasure scooter, it did not, called the mechanics from Chadha show room, even they were not able to rectify.
