This company is making fraud to peole.This company is advertising that we are providing mobile on 12month EMI.At first this company send a parcel with a watch and recieve 1500Rs from custumer and once customer paid 1500Rs .after that company does not sent mobile.plz sir take a action against this company

i saw the website on internet i apply for samsung A-7 on 16-03-2015 they call me & said to me give them 1500 rupee for address verification they send me watch by gojavas.com & I receive watch ,after one week they not picking my call but on 6-04-2015 they call me & said deposit first instalment of Samsung A-7 in our account i said ok. but i want my mobile tomorrow now ther are not pick my call call centre also block my number. i deposit 2500 rupee on 6-04-2015 in ICICI Bank account holder :- funtastic holidays account number :-033005005832 please help they harass me & I know one more person he also victim of this website he from Delhi

This is to inform you that my Application ID 2403MBM7840 has still not processed and still I haven't received any Mobile phone on EMI.

I have also paid Rs. 1500/- Cash as per their T & C.

Now, its been one month I am trying to contact at their given Telephone Number: 022 30987948 for my query but no one use to receive the call.

They use to cheat innocent peoples and make money

This is a fake Company I think , Even their Customer care are not picking the call or after verifying name and Phone number they keep my phone on hold . They are not at all replying the E mails , What are these non sense I dont Know ..But really i am feeling that I cheated , Please help me
