Dear sir,
It is once again very disheartening to write that in spite of giving frequent reminders to you about the misbehavior done by your representative at harsh hundai indore to me ,no action has been taken from your side . sir I was being treated very rudely by your representative and it clearly indicates the culture of your company which doesn’t believe in customer care and don’t take any responsibility to solve there problems after selling the products ,here I ‘d like to raise certain questions,
(1) how your representative behave with your customers ,are you aware of it ?
(2) what are the criteria of of your company to handle the customers?
(3) are you ready for taking corrective measures after receiving the complains?
(4) I had gone through your complain portfolio and found many complains being registered for the misbehavior ,have your customer care really gone through those complains?
(5)do your company really trend the representatives about handling of customers?
Kindly provide me the answers of above mentioned questions and if you have any sort of self respect please take action against your staff of harsh hundai ,otherwise I will launch a complain in consumer forum and return your product back to you within 7 days,my complain no. is as under,
