BIG Baz - i m not satisfied product of big bazzar, i will not buy from B.B in future

i purchase bed & mattres from surat big bazzar, quality of bed fitting very poor, also mattres has uneven thickness in some portion, inform about this, but not take any action against it.

Complainant's Goal: i want get replacement / or money back
