Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Dinesh Kumar.R.D, 2 years back i worked in Airtel showroom then 2 of my collegues become my close friends (Manikanda & Dhanush), later last year we deceided to start a small Airtel Distributor point, one of my friend (Manikandan) suggested that we already having financial issue first we can clear the issue by staying in the current job, mean while lets start the business in his Mother's name (Baskaran Thenmozhi)
and he suggested after 3 months lets quit the job and transfer the documents from his mothers name to 3 partners name (Dinesh Kumar RD,Manikandan.B & Dhanush). at that time we blindly accepted his word and i Invested 80000.rs & Dhanush invested 95000.rs & Manikandan invested 80000.rs.
but we didn't made any partnership deed or any other documents for invested amount bcoz he was our close friend and his family members were also very much close to us, and we started and runned the office for 8months but every month Manikandan asked money with us (Dinesh & Dhanush) saying payment not released staff salary is pending even we also gave the money to him without any documents.

And after few months i came to know that all the payments were released by Airtel on time, and i checked with finance team on the same and confirmed the payment transaction details, and i took the details & raised a question on this with Manikandan, after raising this question very next day he took all the systems and company seal, documents and closed the office. and myself and my friend chandru went to his house and to recover our money he and his father not ready to give the money back. now they are telling i don't now who you are?

Please help in this issue and help to recover our money back we have only proofs is our group photo's , employees worked at the company, and eye witness at the time we gave money to him and at the time of closing his mother garaunteed for money and signed on a small paper. for your information attached with this.
