I had ordered for Merlin 123 (combo offer merlin 2990 Slicer Dicer 500) on 07.05.2010.
I have received the product on 15.05.2010. The Slicer Dicer does not contain blade at all and it looks like a very old damaged product.

Complainant's Goal: I want the Slicer Dicer to be replaced with a new one

Complainant's Target: TVC Skyshop Ltd
