This is regarding hiring a maid on contract basis from this placement company..i had taken a 11 month contract with them in march 2010..i had paid rs 12000 as their annual fees..the maid was a baby care category maid..she didnt know her job and left the house without informing us..when we called them, they promised a replacement or refund..they could not provide a replacement for 2 months and then we asked for a refund..i have been calling them for 6 months regularly..and they keep lying..please help me regarding this to get a refund..and also suggest me if filing a police complaint would help..

Kalpana Placement (in Zamrudpur) provided us a maid, who left in 7 months without completing 11 months, as per the contract. They have niether refunded the commission for balance 4 months, not provided the replacement.
