Remit2india - I have been cheated by Remit2India in a A$ to INR conversion-30Lakhs

I entered into a deal with Remit2India for conversion of A$57,000 into INR for purchasing a property in India. The company has received A$57,000 into its HSBC Melbourne Branch. But they could not process the transaction due to procedural issues. I asked them to refund my A$ immediately so that i could convert through some other agency. The company says it will take 10 days to refund the money. I find that unacceptable as i am not able to make payment to my property dealer. I need to pay by 14 April 2014, failing which i could not book the property.

Complainant's Goal: Either full conversion of A$57000 into INR as per agreement or immediate refund
