On 22nd June'11 i visited the income tax office at Lalbhag ward no 20(2) (4) Mr Ashwin Kumar & Mr Golu Singh both were very curt while speaking.
I first entered the cabin of Mr Ashwin Kumar & informed him that my TDS cheque is returned stating the address is incorrect ( these details i got from when i checked the status ) he relied me saying Main kya karu & said have to wait for three month after that can tell you the status of the cheque i replied saying i want to know the procedure to get it back he was not at all helpful & said i am busy for a reveiw then asked me to visit his team member Mr Golu singh back then i went to him he also did not have nay manner to speak very curt & annoying... I dont understand why government has kept such people there.

Request you to please look in to the matter atleast ask them to give the exta resolution & please teach them how to speak.
