Yesterday (i.e 10/11/2011) at 10.26am from by balance 5 rs has been deducted for the charge of SMS. At that time i make a message 1909 for activating DND service. 1909 is a tollfree number. Then how you are deducting my balance.
for this reason i so many times called to the customer care they are always saying that "Application is down call again after 2hrs" or "Your details are not updated call again after 2hrs". please solve my issue immediately. My mobile No:********98
