Tele One - I am not satisfied with your product (SPY PEN) and service (CALL CENTER)

I ordered SPY PEN from TELE ONE (tele shopping) Co. on last week of January and it delivered me after one week, after unpicking the product I found SPY PEN, DRIVER CD, and DATA CABLE. there were no manual for using SPY PEN and DRIVER CD was corrupt which is not detecting by my PC and Laptop.

i call their call center where every time tele caller say our senior will call back to you. and i never received any call from their end, even i talk 3 times to their senior (sandeep) also but they also said we will call back after some time to solve your problem. but not got call from their side also. when i call their today (7/2/11) tele caller said if our senior are not able to help you so i also cant help u. that's what i got reply from their tele callers that's their after sales service.

The problem which I m facing mention below:-
1. unable to set Date and Time in SPY PEN.
2. It recording only 30 min or less (as per Co it will record 10 hrs)
3. not got operating manual.
4. Got corrupt CD.
