Dear Team

I bought Zync-999 Plus Tablet (S.no : GWZY999PLUS9120672 ) in Jan 15 2013 through HomeShop18. This product have 1 year warranty. After 2 months , It have some Mother Board Problem so i deposited it on its Service Center (Shikha Commnunication, Gurgaon). I got it back after 2 months.( delay reason: parts are not available). but after some days, i faced
problem again.
Now I deposited it again at its Service Center (Shikha Commnunication, Gurgaon) 26 or 28 Aug 2013 But till now I didn't get it back. When I called to Company Customer Care Center, They Say Always Parts are not available.

When I requested him to replaced it But they are not doing So. Company Promised to Service 10-15 day.

Now told me, how much I have to Suffer for this product. I have wasted 5 months in Service Center.

I am requesting to take some action on it to revert back my money or new Product with 1 year warranty Period.
