I am a Customer of Rahul indane gas Agencies of Valanchery Malappuram kerala and my consumer no 3976 and I had booked refilling on 04.09.2013 ref no 290328 and I received the cash memo no 3000022550 on 20.09.2013 but that was cancelled on 25.09.2013 then I booked again on 28.09.2013 ref no 296927 that also cancelled on 10.10.2013.
For your kind attention I would like to know how this cash memo cancelled both times and what is the further step I have to do? I hope you may take my request in to consideration and make it fast as possible
