Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased Easy Mop on 2/12/2011. It worked well for about a month or so, after which I started facing difficulty in squeezing it. Now it has become completely dysfunctional. When I contacted Easy Mop service center, I was told to courier the rod to their Navi Mumbai address. I will have to incur quite an expense for the same.

Complete and correct information is never provided by the Star CJ Staff.

I would be thankful if an easy exchange of the rod can be facilitated.

i m also facing same problem with Ur easy mop product. It is not working now.i bought it in June 2011 and after 5 months it starts giving problems while squeezing.

I would be thankful if an easy exchange of the rod can be facilitated.
