I purchase a Prestige ceramic coated non-stick ccokware from Vijayalakshmi stores in thiruvanmiyur, chennai on 13.1.2014. After a few days , there were scratches on the surface ( using it two times) and I retuned the same to the shop on 30.1.2014. I have called up the shop for replacement details. They say that the salesman had taken it but has not yet replaced it.
