mall manager of Big bazar burdwan - I am not satisfied with ur behaviour

I m a regular customer of Big bazar.I have purchased of rs 2300 and rs 809 cash memo no T23/5765 and t19/38000 on date 7.02.2011 from big bazar,Burdwan.after billing from food bazar at the fourth floor wheh we want to go to downstairs,as the trolly was defected all the goods was fallen from the trolly and four packets of juice are damaged.bcoz the packing of the product was not done carefullyand also the trolly was defected.after that when we went to the customer care their attitudes was very rude.they take o stepsfor us,After checking the products by the guard at the exit door ,the guard again push the trolly and "again" the trolly was fallen down.At that time they also dnt take any action............I really dont know whether sombody in your company will check this complain or not ,but one thing is for sure people will come 2 know that "Big Bazar"has no resposibility to their customers. i will be happy if you will take any necessary action for this, thankx,
