Himanshu Trivedi here, I am sending this mail behalf of Keyur Dilipbhai Trivedi, who is your client, I am his brother, his client ID is 1201********705

since last 9 months, we are trying to change bank account information for the transactions, but still its undone, for your information, my brother is in New-Zealand, he is doing study there,

During my brother\'s visit, we went to your Ahmedabad office, and done the formalities in front of Mr Parash Gandhi, he is trying to help us out, but somehow our work is still pending, I would like to request you to please do the needful.

My father has visited your Ahmedabad branch almost daily to solve this matter, now he is very angry on the situations, and he wants to go at consumer court. to claim your company for the pain, so, this would be my last mail and as well as request to solve this matter as soon as possible, we have submitted all required documents, still we are ready to submit all documents, but be sure that whatever documents you ask that would be enough to complete the desire work.
