SRS Travels Parcel Services - I am not satisfied with SRS Staff behaviour and their logistics division

Hi I am MK Verma Project Manager for RV Solutions P Ltd Bangalore.My Admin Gulshan Kumar had sent an consignment through SRS Bangalore 8th Mile branch.My docket number 154807 dated 10-2-2012.The consignment was sent to PUNE SRS Office.I was charged 270 Rs as courier charges.As consignment reached PUNE SRS Office on 11-Feb-12.The concerned person Nagraj did not handover the parcel to my representative who came with receipt copy inspite of we contacting him.He was adamant and stated that we had to pay an octroi at his SRS office later stating that we have to pay at Jakatnaka at pune office.The consignment consist of used articles which we had sent to Pune and Bangalore SRS office said it was ok and nothing was required.Now they have sent it back to Bangalore.
The issue is At the time of sending consignment
1.Bangalore SRS office is unaware of what documents are required.
2.Why have they taken parcel and they did not crossverify with Pune SRS office
3.If consignment has reached PUNE SRS Office why they require OCtroi??If they do at 4% why they dont want to recieve the payment??
4.Who will bear the charge as we are deducted with 270 Rs again parcel would reach back to Bangalore because of this whole mess

I am really not satisfied with SRS service who accept the parcel and dont deliver(may be it would be with your passenger services also).
I better aware all of you that this irresponsible behaviour of their staff is not at all acceptable
For used articles do we need to pay octroi??From tommorow if a person travels with his luggage will they be asked to pay Octroi?
Never again We would like to take their services in any form
I would like them to return the 270 Rs as the courier charges which was dedcuted from my admins pocket and also improve their services and provide proper guidelines.
Have a complaint book for trouble a passenger/a customer is facing in any means?
Also take action on the same.
Even Though I have spend 270 Rs (additional 100 Rupees for transport and labour to their SRS office).Please have courtesy to say whether to accept the parcel or not.Customers would look for better option and atleast your brand image would be saved to some extent

Dear Sir,
Due to emergency we have booked two boxes from Bangalore to Tirupur on 2/2/18.At that time your person said material will reach by 3/2/18 morning. But today 4/2/18 still the material is in bangalore only. Who will bear the loss, SRS will bear the loss. My LR
number 35/2303.in bill amount was 330/- but charged 480/-.This type fuard service I have not seen earlier.
