- there was money requirement so I applied for loan for 9 lacs rupees.
- actually i read in classified in the news paper that i can get loan on marksheet so I applied loan on that basis and I talked to that person and his name is deepak agarwal.
- he said to me that you just send me your mail id and tell you what document you have to send and I mailed to him, marksheet, bank passbook, pan card, one photo, driving license.
- after verification he said to me that your loan has been approved but you have to deposit agreement fees of 1% of loan i.e., rupees 9000 and I deposited in his bank account what he told me i.e., (Bank of Baroda Ac No 32********4117, Name Balveer Singh, IFSC Code. BARB0ALMORA) on this account I transfered 9000 rupees.
- then he said to deposit three months i.e., 13500 and I deposited and after few days he said to me to deposit 18000 rupees i.e., insurance fees then I said now I do not need loan and you just refund my all fees i.e., agreement fees as well as three months installment fess.
- I accept that this is my fault that why i have trusted and deposited and all these things I should think before doing all these things.
- I apologize but now I need my money back.
- he said to me I will refund within 7 days but i do not trust on him that is why I am complaining against him.
