Janapriya had put us in real trouble after we have booked our flat at Arcadia on 27th Nov,2009. By 23rd Dec,2009, more than 90% of the appartment cost was funded to Janapriya. It is for Janapriya, that we have given up our earlier selected flat, as Janapriya still have no idea on its tentative completion dates. We compromised and selected a Flat out of your choices again in Oct 2010, which is in a different phase for which we had to go through a hell lot of processes and formalities like going back to square one, doing things all over again which we did in Nov, 2009.We had to go in for a fresh application of home loan, we lost one year in the process,paid up processing charges again,interest rates went up, there was devaluation of the property but surprisingly Janapriya did not feel the pain of his customer.

We compromised to move to a different flat altogether , thinking that we will be able to move in early. But since we had confirmed, which was in Oct,2010, till date we do not see any work moving or rather developing in and around my Flat. Janapriya have already taken and confirmed on the modifications to be done in Nov,2010 but till end May,2011 there had been no work progress.I really do not understand as to when we will be able to move in because all your commitments seems to be failing.

There had been a lot of mail exchanges between me a Janapriya and lot of dissapointments and comittment failures on the dates. At the moment we have got a comittment of getting posession by end August. So we are all waiting for the same.
