I stay at Maruthinagar,church street, Champapet, Hyderabad.it has become a daily process to shut down power at my place at 10pm for 1 hour or more. it has become a big problem.Even after calling 155333 there is not much response. i want to know where can a lodge a complaint.can some one help us solve this problem?
Complainant's Goal: i want to fine a right place to lodge a complaint.

Dear Sir,
While lodging complaint, you have to collect complaint number compulsory. It will help to know the status. I am getting my complaints resolved by 155333 cell.
