taken money rs 1,60,000 to offer land at rajarhat on 19/01/09 vide cheque no314526 on hdfc bank maniktala branch.
on17th nov issued a letter to returning money within 90 days.
i issued a letter to return my money and the same received by them on14/12/09
but still i have not received money
such a big copany--- if they can do this type of work rest is understandabl

I also have same complaints against Remac. They had taken Rs.160000/- in Dec\'08 for a plot at Sapphire Greens, Rajarhat. I had sent a withdrawal letter on 01/02/2010 and they had promised me to refund the money (Rs.160000/-) within two months from the date of application of withdrawal. More than 90 days have passed and they are not even taking my calls or replying to my emails.

I support this complaint.Remac has issued a cheque of rs 50.000 after this complain and issued a letter dated 22nd may2010 where they promissed to pay another 110000.00 in two instalment with a gap or30 days each from the issue of the letter.so in such i like to withdraw my complain .if money is not paid in proper time i will again lodge a complain
