I have been facing regular problems with the Honda Stunner CBF that I purchased in January 2010. The service center people at the authorised showroom in Dhanbad (Gopalka) do not even care to listen to my repeated complaints and provide me satisfactory servicing. I have been a regular visitor to them, at the appropriate time of servicing, but my efforts go in vain. they dont even care to read the Job Description Card and the complaints lodged by the customer. They just change the Engine Oil and Wash the vehicle, and that is the definition of servicing that they provide. Inspite of paying high charges during the paid services, they dont bother about the satisfaction of the customer. this attitude on their part is not only giving me a lot of trouble, but at the same time, its spoiling the name and reputation of Honda Motors in the town.
