I have booked a ticket on 09/02/14 for date 10/02/14
My transaction ID is FLY09026759
The amount of Rs. 3800 is charged from my Standard Chartered Credit Card.
The details are as follows:
FLight-Indigo
Transaction ID- FLY09026759
Amount- Rs. 3803/-
When i call up there phone number, it says it is temporarily unavailable.
Complainant's Goal: Refund of the ticket which is not booked
