I have been noticing these things in other malls, and grocery stores, that they always or many a times charge more than the MRP,when you check them for their mistake they always make a silly excuse of system not being right.My question is who runs the system the machine, robots or Humans? so the blame can't be on the system.
Few months back I had given an article in news paper against Bigbazar, the same mistake is performed by HYPERCITY, is this their real bussiness how they actually make money which people are unaware about..
JUst imagine if you are charging 100 rs more from one customer calculate this per day say you get 5000 customers per day so the calculations goes to 500000 per day and if its calculated on a monthly bases its 15000000, so as we now know how you give discounts to people.
I had bought green tea for which i paid about 30 rs more than its MRP of 170rs..this happned in hypercity Thane.
this mail is out of frustration when nobody has responded to my phone call... i intend to make more people aware and keep on complaining till you respond in a better manner
