i have ordered for a mobile of product code 2449, i hav received it , but whn i opened it found the back side pannel was broken and the touch screen was not working , immediately i called ur customer care but thy are not respondng to my request , i hav repaired the mobile , if u r also not respondng to my request i am gng to file a case in cosumer court , plz react to my complaint immmediately , my complaint no.c1308
