I am Ved agrawal from Nagpur, we own a hyundai eon car registered under the name of Bijay Kumar Agrawal(MH49AE0866) bought through Ketan Hyundai nagpur.
Last week i sent my car to the Ketan hyundai's garage for some repairs against an accidental damage and also filed for the insurance claim for the same,the rear part of the car was damaged , my car finally got repaired after a week and as the company's driver was driving the car to my place,he met with an accident that resulted in another damage to the car, now you guys only tell who is at fault for this damage,your employees at ketan hyundai are saying that i will be charged for the damages , but when the accident took place only the company's driver was present in the car in the driving seat and no one else was present in the car,had it been a huge accident or in worst case if someone would have died due to this,who would be at fault for that because the car is registered under my name,and as your employees are saying that the customer stands responsible for all the damages during the transit but if someone died or a huge mishap took place because of the driver the car owners will face all the consequences for the same which is completely unethical and poses as a big flaw in the policies of the company.If this is the case then the company should terminate the pick/drop services if they cannot take full responsibility for their mistakes.Kindly look into the issue and revert back asap.
