I booked an order on sendmygift.com with order id 145049840 and paid all order value in advance. The order booking date was Feb 11, 2016 and order was suppose to deliver on Feb 14, 2016 at 12:00 AM.
I paid INR 149/- extra for premium service to get midnight delivery. Neither order was delivered on Feb 14, 2016 midnight nor in a day time. By looking over this kind of behavior by the vendor, I made a request to cancel the order on Feb 15, 2016.
Now sendmygift.com is not cancelling my order and there customer care number is never reachable and they are not even acknowledging the mails.
I tried to reach out the vendor over a chat on their website and customer service executive denied that they would not cancel the order and they are not sure about the delivery date and time.
This vendor is stealing the money from innocent citizens of the country and running a fake business. I need the support of judicial system to stop such illegal activities in our country.
