Hi,

My name is Dinesh and I am from Bangalore and I own CBR250R and I had given it for regular service in HAIKU Honda which was the biggest mistake I ever made they completely screwed my bike
1. They never replaced the oil filter in any of the service
2. They had mixed some water based coolant in the radiator

That’s when the problem started because of the water mixed coolant the oil seal between the engine oil and the coolant was broken and the water was mixed with the coolant and the oil was completely changed into grease due to this reason my bike was completely seized. And I had some weird issue with my bike and I took it to HAIKU Honda the mechanic (Mani) took the bike for a test drive and told everything is working no problem.
I took my bike to TANSI Honda for 3rd service that's where I came to know all these things that oil-filter has not replaced at all and the coolant that they used is a water based one and complained regarding the same to HONDA they are another piece of crap people I don't know why do they run customer service center were you will not get kind of solution for the concern that you do have.
So whenever you call Honda customer service center for a complaint, this what happens with customer service center the first and last answer that you would receive from the agents are (MY SUPERVISOR IS BUSY IN MEETING WILL CALL YOU BACK IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAY) no matter what kind of problem that you have and they never call back any one.
What’s the point of running a service center were you will not be treated properly and a worst customer service and on top of that you will never get a solution.

TANSI Honda did a pretty good job and they have done whatever they can but after the service still Ii have some other problem where I am getting a very bad vibration and I took my bike for service again and again but they couldn't find out what’s the problem with it I don’t know what’s going on and why could not come up with new solution

It’s been almost 3 months I have never received a call regarding my bike. And there is no one who knows something about bike.
This would be the worst customer service I have never got from someone.

I have all the proofs photos and bills need to do something any one please help me
